7 Day -SHELTON STATE Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.pngGood Monday afternoon! Today has turned into a beautiful mid winter day, with temperatures reaching the upper 60s to near 70 in many areas. Clouds are increasing this evening, as a weak surface cold front approaches from the northwest. There is a small chance of a light shower or two overnight, but many areas will be dry. Temperatures will fall into the 50s overnight.

Tuesday will feature mild conditions, with highs near 70. A stray shower or two will be possible, but widespread rain is not expected. Cooler air will begin to filter in Tuesday night, with lows near 40.

We’ll stay in the 50s all day on Wednesday despite lots of sunshine. As the colder air continues to filter in from the north Wednesday night, we’ll likely drop into the upper 20s to near 30 in most spots. Highs will struggle to reach 50 on Thursday, under a sunny sky.

The next chance of rain will arrive Friday night and on Saturday, with a cool rainy day to start off the weekend.
