Dry Through Saturday… Rain Next Week… Thursday PM Forecast Update #alwx @wvua23

UntitledGood Thursday afternoon! Our local weather started off damp this morning, with drier air making a return this afternoon. Our local weather will feature chilly temperatures tonight, with a low in the lower 30s. Upper 20s will be possible north of I-20.

Look for a full day of sunshine on Friday. We’ll warm into the lower 50s during the afternoon. Humidity will be low for Friday and Saturday. Valentine’s Day plans will be dry Friday evening. We’ll have a light freeze Saturday morning, with upper 20s at sunrise. Highs will reach the 60 degree mark on Saturday afternoon.

Clouds increase on Sunday and Monday, with isolated showers on Sunday and Monday, but widespread rain is not expected. Highs will reach the lower 60s on Sunday and near 70 on Monday. We can expect a good chance of rain on Tuesday and Wednesday. Temperatures will turn colder on Wednesday.
