Rain Returns to the forecast with cool Temps. Saturday forecast update #alwx @wvua23

7 Day -10PM SHOW.png

Well it was a great afternoon to take the game day plans outside and maybe throw the ball around outdoors. Highs a lot cooler today in the upper 60s low 70s with mostly cloudy skies.

Tonight we will cool back into the low 50s with an isolated shower possible late in the night but most will stay dry. Tomorrow going to be another cool day in the mid to upper 60s with mostly cloudy skies. Really a carbon copy of today but with a little more rain possible. Time and location of the showers is still variable. But no matter where it does occur it won’t last long and there won’t be much. All across central Alabama will see less than a tenth of an inch.

Monday will be a little warmer in the upper 70s with a mostly dry afternoon but rain chances increasing as you move into the evening ahead of our main rain event on Tuesday.

Tuesday will a washout of an afternoon with showers and some strong thunderstorms possible. The severe chance is still unknown but we will keep you up to date on the latest here at WVUA.

After Tuesday we will have yet another front move through drying us out and keeping Thursday and Friday more mild.
