Good Wednesday afternoon! After a very nice start to the day, conditions warmed into the upper 80s for most spots this afternoon. Ample sunshine, a light north breeze and low humidity gave an early fall feel to the air at times. Expect another pleasant night, with overnight lows in the middle 60s.

Thursday will feature mild a day, with low humidity. Conditions will remain rain free under a sunny sky. Lows will remain rather cool for this time of the year, with sunrise temperatures in the middle 60s Thursday and Friday morning. Highs will approach 90 Thursday afternoon and Friday afternoon.

Humidity will gradually increase by the weekend, with a small chance of isolated PM storms. Rain chances will remain generally at 20-30% for Sunday through the following Tuesday.

We’ll be watching the Gulf of Mexico late this week and into the weekend for the possibility of a weak tropical system to develop. The chance from the National Hurricane Center is only at 10%, but we’ll keep an eye on it.
