Good Monday afternoon! Our local weather started off chilly this morning. At 4pm, most areas were well into the lower 80s. Expect a clear sky tonight, with temperatures dropping into the lower 50s.

Tuesday will feature another warm day. We’ll reach a high in the lower to middle 80s under a sunny sky. Dry air will keep things quiet through mid-week. With the dry air, overnight temperatures will cool into the 50s Tuesday night as well. We’ll reach the middle 80s Wednesday afternoon.

A weak upper air disturbance will provide the needed uplift to get a few showers and storms to developing. We’ll top out in the upper 70s on Thursday, due to extra clouds and storms. The best chance of storms will arrive Thursday afternoon and overnight. Severe weather is not expected.

Next weekend will be very warm, with temperatures reaching the middle 80s. Skies will be sunny on Sunday and Monday.
