10:30pm Saturday Radar Update… Severe Storms Approaching west AL… #alwx @wvua23

At 10:30pm Saturday, a broken line of severe storms is approaching the west Alabama state line. We’ll likely begin to see severe issues on the state line between 11pm and midnight. The broken line of cells will then slowly progress east across Alabama overnight tonight, with a risk of damaging winds, hail and tornadoes.

Important information:

Please have a source to wake you up if an overnight tornado warning is issued for your area. Also, if a tornado warning is issued tomorrow morning, have a way to get those warnings. Look at the map above. Find your county on the map highlighted in red. If you’re in one of those counties, we cover your area non-stop in tornado warnings on tv and online.
