Sunny & Dry Today, Wet & Gloomy Tomorrow – Forecast Update for Saturday PM @wvua23 #alwx

E Owen 7 day

This Saturday started off sunny and bright, and remained that way for the entire day! Temperatures got up to almost 60 here in Tuscaloosa, and that was the case for the majority of central Alabama as well. For tonight, we’ll see increasing clouds and a few showers will be possible after midnight. Lows will be in the mid to lower 40s. Sunday will consist of mostly cloudy skies and about a 40% chance to see showers throughout the day. Temperatures will make it to the upper 50s again. Sunday night we’ll clear out just in time for Christmas Eve on Monday, and lows will be in the mid 30s!

Christmas Eve forecast looks absolutely perfect with loads of sunshine in the forecast and temperatures in the mid 50s. Christmas Eve night will remain mostly clear, and it will be chilly, in the low 30s. Christmas Day is also looking nice with temperatures nearing the 60s, and we’ll see passing clouds throughout the day. I hope you weren’t looking to see a white Christmas this year, because that won’t be the case. Christmas night expect a few clouds in the sky and temperatures to be in the mid to lower 40s.

We’ll remain dry for Wednesday as well and temperatures will be in the lower 60s. Our next best chance to see rain will come on Thursday, with about an 80% chance. Could even hear some rumbles of thunder throughout the day as well. Friday remains rainy, but by Friday night we’ll clear up and dry out just in time for the weekend. Temperatures will remain in the lower 60s.
