Friday Afternoon Forecast Update 4:00 PM – #alwx @wvua23

TGIF everyone! Even though we stayed mostly cloudy, today felt amazing outside and we got a little taste of fall temperatures. Don’t expect it to stick around though, tomorrow we’re back up to a warm 87 degrees, but on the bright side, the humidity values are low, so the temperatures won’t feel too bad tomorrow. There is a VERY slim chance to see a passing shower tomorrow, but expect mostly sunny conditions. For tomorrow night, temperatures will be back down into the upper 60s, with a partly cloudy sky. Could also see some patchy fog in some places as well.

As for Sunday, Sunday looks to be a greater chance to see rain, at 50%. Most areas will continue to remain dry, but we can’t rule out seeing a stray shower or two. Partly cloudy skies as well for Sunday, with temperatures back up into the upper 80s.

Heading into the work week ahead, the 80s will be sticking around for the remainder of the week, and a slight chance to see a passing thunderstorm as we reach the daytime heating. The good news, the humidity levels seem to remain low, so temperatures will actually be feeling like upper 80s, instead of muggy conditions.

Join us live on WVUA 23 weekdays at 5, 6, and 10 PM and weekdays at 10 PM for the very latest on your news, weather and sports.
