Less Humid Air is Here For Now… Tuesday Forecast Update – 4pm #alwx @wvua23

asdfas.pngGood Tuesday afternoon! An anomalous frontal boundary is pushing southeast across our area, bringing with it drier conditions. While the actual air temperature will only drop by a few degrees during the day and at night, the much lower humidity will feel refreshing. Expect lows in the upper 60s tonight, under a mostly clear sky and light northwest breeze.

We’ll continue with a light north to northwest breeze on Wednesday, with a mostly sunny sky. Expect highs in the upper 80s, with low humidity. Temperatures will fall into the middle 60s Thursday morning and Friday morning, with some spots reaching the lower 60s north of I-20.

Temperatures begin to warm again by Friday and Saturday, with a return of the lower 90s. Moisture will increase Friday night and on Saturday. The dreaded heat and humidity will be back over the upcoming weekend.
