Sunny Days… Cold Nights For Now.. Much Warmer by Late Week/Weekend.. Monday Forecast Update – 6:25pm #alwx @wvua23

7 Day Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.png

Good Monday afternoon! It’s been a rather cool and breezy day, despite plenty of sunshine. Temperatures made it into the upper 50s this afternoon, but a gusty northwest wind made it feel cooler. Look for a clear sky tonight, with a low in the lower 30s. I do expect a light freeze in areas to the north of Tuscaloosa. Frost will be pretty patchy tonight due to a light breeze overnight.

Tuesday, we’ll warm into the upper 50s, with a few spots reaching 60 south of I-20. Temperatures will fall into the lower 30s Tuesday night, with upper 20s north of Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. There will likely be some frost early Wednesday morning. We’ll top out in the upper 50s on Wednesday under a sunny sky.

A warmer temperature is expected by Thursday afternoon, with a high in the upper 60s to near 70. We’ll begin Thursday morning with a widespread frost and light freeze.

Temperatures modify into the lower to middle 70s this weekend, with a risk of a few showers.
