Cloudy Days Returning… Forecast Update 4 pm #alwx @wvua23

7 Day Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.pngWell the day started off gorgeous! Highs for the day touching 81 degrees in Tuscaloosa, tying the old record set in 2014! Highs through Friday are expected to meet or even exceed old records set. This is unusual for this time of year. Temperatures are usually barely reaching into the 60s in the afternoon and we are experiencing lows in the mid 60s!

Tomorrow will be an interesting day. There is a cold front moving our way south, but will fall just short of reaching us. This means precipitation chances have decreased. Areas may see a stray shower or two but nothing heavy. Rain totals through Friday fall short of a half an inch in more central counties.

Friday we will see partly sunny skies with almost no chance for showers so that will be another great day to get outside before storms move in on Saturday and Sunday. By Monday we will start to cool down again with highs in the upper 60s.
