3:20PM Thursday Radar Update/Thoughts… #alwx @wvua23

Good Thursday afternoon! At 3:20pm, there are no current warnings ongoing across west or central Alabama, as all tornado warnings have expired. A tornado watch continues through 10pm for all of west and central Alabama through 10pm tonight. It includes from Mississippi State line to Georgia State line. Areas of showers and storms continue to shift northeast across west and central and east Alabama, with a break developing for areas just west of Tuscaloosa. Additional cellular storms are forming across Mississippi and far southwest Alabama, so we’ll need to carefully watch those for the potential for isolated tornadoes.

A few isolated tornadoes will remain possible on Friday as well, mainly during the afternoon and evening hours.

If a tornado warning is issued for our area, you can watch us live non-stop on WVUA/WUOA or online here: http://wvua23.com/severe-weather-happening-now-live-stream/
