Dry & Mostly Sunny Days Continue… Wednesday Forecast Update – 4:15pm #alwx @wvua23

7 Day -SHELTON STATE Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.png

Good Wednesday afternoon! Our local weather has turned out dry today, as a light north breeze transports lower humidity into the area. Expect skies to remain clear tonight, with temperatures falling quickly after sunset. Overnight lows will dip into the upper 50s tonight and Thursday night in many areas.

A surface high nearby will keep things very quiet through the rest of the week and to start the weekend. There are no rain chances in our local forecast through Sunday. Highs will approach 90 on Saturday and Sunday, as the warming tend begins…

A south wind will return over the weekend, and dewpoints will creep up. I don’t expect any rain this weekend, but look for a good chance of scattered storms by Monday and Tuesday of next week.
