Scattered Storms and Showers Again Monday. Sunday Forecast Update, 5:40pm. #wxal @wvua23

7 Day -SHELTON STATE Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.pngGood Sunday evening! It was another day with numerous showers and storms across the state. Some didn’t see rain because of how scattered all the storms were. Tonight, that rain should come to an end around 10 p.m, besides a few possible lingering sprinkles. Tomorrow will be similar to today with numerous scattered showers and storms developing by the afternoon, along with muggy conditions.

Tuesday will see more showers and storms, but not to the same wide spread scale that we have seen today and what will take place tomorrow. A front will be moving through during the day that will pull in dry and slightly cooler air. That, in turn, will make for a drier remaining work week. As a plus, it will also be far less humid, so it won’t feel like you’re swimming when you go outside.

The dry conditions will stick around into next weekend, making for a finally dry weekend. The bad side about next weekend, it will be very warm!
