Warming Trend for Work Week. Sunday Forecast Update, 8:15pm.

7 Day -SHELTON STATE Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.png

Good Sunday evening! It was another day packed with awesome weather. Most saw little to no clouds in the sky with temperatures hovering around 80 degrees. Tonight, skies will remain clear as temperatures drop to the upper 40’s to low 50’s. Monday will start the work week off with dry weather remaining but temperatures will be on the rise with most seeing highs breaking into the 80’s.

Tuesday will continue to warm with a high pressure ridge settled over the southeast, preventing any rain. As we move into Wednesday, get ready as highs start to approach 90 degrees. From there, not much of a cool down is expected until Thursday night when a low pressure system brings showers and storms that evening and for a portion of the day Friday.

The low pressure system from the work week’s end will deliver a new shot of cooler air, just in time for the weekend. Both days should remain in the 70’s with lots of sunshine. Kinda sounds like this weekend!
