Central Pickens County in west central Alabama…
* Until 1245 AM CDT
* At 1207 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a

tornado was located near Bevill Lock And Dam, or near Pickensville,

moving northeast at 45 mph.
HAZARD…Tornado. 
SOURCE…Radar indicated rotation. 
IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 

shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 

Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree 

damage is likely.

Aliceville, Gordo, Reform, Carrollton, Pickensville, McMullen,

Garden, Bevill Lock And Dam, Gainesville Lake Boat Ramp And

Campground, Dillburg, North Pickens Airport, George Downer Airport,
