4:45pm Weather Update – Severe Risk Over for West AL, Ending Soon in East AL. #alwx @wvua23

At 4:45pm, the dry line has reached I-65 and is quickly moving east. The risk of severe weather has ended for all areas to the west of I-65, west of Cullman, Birmingham and Clanton. There is still a chance of an isolated severe storm east of I-65, over east Alabama between now and 7pm. The tornadic storm on the Georiga state line is moving out of Cleburn County and into Georgia. Cooler and drier air will take over tonight, with temperatures dropping into the upper 40s overnight…
