7 Day -SHELTON STATE Forecast - Offset Lows - PM.pngThis Saturday started off with a little early rain. Very light showers pressed through with the greatest totals of in Birmingham at .35, .37 in  Haleyville, and .40 in Anniston. The rain and clouds moved out by the early afternoon allowing the high for the afternoon to increase greatly with lots of sunshine and some strong warm winds.

Sunday will be another warm day in the high 60s low 70s. The day however will start off cooler in the low 4os and reach the high well into the afternoon. Expect a light breeze from the north around 5-10 mph. It’ll be a day to get outside and enjoy the last day of “winter.” The official spring season kicks off on Monday and it’ll be nice weather in the upper 70s with mostly sunny skies.

Tuesday areas are likely to hit in the 80s! Clouds will begin to move in during the afternoon and stay for most of the week. This will keep the lows warmer in the mornings in the 50s for the week. Wednesday there’s a small chance for another stray shower. But luckily by the end of the week we will still be in the mid 70s!
