7:45 PM Radar Update… Storms increasing to the west of Alabama… @WVUA23 #alwx

Showers and thunderstorms are increasing across eastern Louisiana and southern Alabama… these areas of storms will continue to intensify this evening and will pose a threat for tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds. The greatest threat will be along and mainly south of the I-20 corridor. A PDS (Particularly Dangerous Situation) Tornado Watch Remains in effect for south Alabama through 3 AM. At this time it does not include Tuscaloosa or Birmingham. Stay tuned to WVUA23 for the latest on this severe weather situation.
