* AT 514 AM CST…DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
