Very Warm Days Continue… Wednesday Forecast Update – 4pm #alwx @wvua23

Good Wednesday afternoon! It’s been another very warm late October day across Alabama, with temperatures reaching the lower 80s state wide. Clouds are increasing this afternoon, as mid to upper air moisture increases. As a weak disturbance passes north of the state tonight into early Thursday, an isolated shower or two could form across west Alabama. Unfortunately, most areas will remain dry, and if you get a shower over your area, it will not amount to much at all.
Friday through the middle of next week will feature very warm days and mild nights. An upper air ridge will build into the southeast and keep our local weather approaching records during the afternoon hours. Highs Friday through next Wednesday will top out in the middle to upper 80s. Lows will remain in the upper 50s each night. Halloween will feature much of the same… Mild and dry conditions, with a high around 86 on Monday and a low in the upper 50s Monday night.
