Severe T-storm Warning for Winston Co Until 1:30am Tuesday

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BIRMINGHAM HAS ISSUED A

* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR…WINSTON COUNTY IN NORTHWEST ALABAMA…

* UNTIL 130 AM CDT

* AT 1232 AM CDT…THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE INDICATED A LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL…AND DESTRUCTIVE WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH.  THESE STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE EXTENDING FROM WINSTON FREE STATE BARN TO HALEYVILLE…AND MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

* LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE…  ARLEY…LYNN…WINSTON FREE STATE BARN…HOUSTON RECREATIONAL
AREA…DOUBLE SPRINGS…INMANFIELD…CORINTH REC AREA AND ADDISON.
