Tropical Storm Lee Forms in Gulf…. Flooding Ahead… Friday Update 1pm

Tropical Depression 13 is now tropical storm Lee. The latest from the National Hurricane Center suggest that Lee could become a strong tropical storm or weak hurricane before landfall.
