Friday Afternoon Forecast Discussion – 3:30pm

A good Friday to you! The Friday night football forecast is looking chilly. There is some really dry air in place, so temperatures will quickly drop after sunset. Dry air heats and cools very effectively. At 7pm, temperatures will likely fall into the upper 60s; upper 50s are possible by 10pm. Skies will remain clear this evening and tonight, as we continue the dry spell.

Saturday will promise to be a nice day, with sunny skies and temperatures warming to around 81. If you have plans for to go to the game, be sure to dress for some cool weather because temperatures will plummet after sunset. We can expect a kickoff temperature around 68, with a game ending temp near 57. A sharp cold front will move in Saturday night and will bring much cooler weather. Highs on Sunday and Monday will struggle to reach the lower 70s. We can expect full sunshine each day, with lows at night falling into the lower 40s. Temperatures will gradually warm into the upper 70s on Tuesday and Wednesday. Skies will remain sunny through Friday.
