Current Active Tropical Systems

I hope your Sunday has been well! The weather today was rather breezy, with a wind gusting around 25 MPH at times. With a breezy wind, it helped make things feel more comfortable. Also, a line of showers is moving through the area this evening. This activity will shut off tomorrow morning, with skies becoming mostly sunny by the afternoon hours. You will really notice a big difference tomorrow afternoon, with a breezy north wind around. The humidity will be gone by Tuesday, and fall like weather will fill in across the area. High pressure will settle into the region on Tuesday, which will give us sinking air; we won’t even have many clouds around by mid-week. Highs will be in the lower to middle 80s.

On Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, temperatures will be in the upper 50s. Fall doesn’t officially begin until next week, so this will be a nice sneak peak of fall. The mostly sunny weather and dry conditions will stick around through next weekend. Highs will also be rather nice, with temperatures in the middle 80s each afternoon. The tropics are quiet as of now, but if anything pops up, we will be sure quickly let you know about it. Be sure to join us tonight at 10 p.m. for the latest on your forecast. Have a great day!
