Much Colder/Watching For Snow Flurries

Last night we were on storm watch and now 24 hours later, we’re on flurry watch! I’ve been living here all my life and I can say that this is weather in Alabama. As we first mentioned yesterday, there will be the chance for some snow flurries tonight. That chance for seeing a few flakes is actually looking much better. Check out the large swath of precipitation dipping into north Alabama. This is the same area of precipitation we talked about during our earlier broadcasts and in the evening webcast. The higher terrain of northeast Alabama may see some light accumulations. We still have not set today’s low temperature. As of this posting time, our current temperature was 42-degrees, with a wind chill of 34. If we see any flurries around we will be sure to grab some shots for our 10:00 broadcast. Be sure to join us tonight and stay warm!
