Friday Night Tropical Update – 11:30pm

Here’s a look at the tropics on this Friday night. We have what’s left of Patty, which is now a weak area of low pressure. We’re also watching Tropical Storm Rafael this evening. The good news is that both systems will not impact the US mainland. Rafael will impact Bermuda sometime on Tuesday as a strong tropical storm. That system will then head out to sea. At this point, I see no tropical systems impacting Alabama’s weather anytime soon…
