Storm Damage in Linden – Saturday 10:30 p.m.

We are getting several reports of damage in the Linden area of Marengo County. Residents are saying that power is out in Linden. Trees and power lines are down all over the community. Winds were estimated at 80 mph and a couple of witnesses say they saw what appeared to be a tornado around 6pm. Those are unconfirmed reports that we have passed along to the National Weather Service in Birmingham.
