Rain and Storms Entering West Alabama - Saturday 2:20p.m.

Rain and storms are slowly entering West Alabama this afternoon. The showers will continue to push west and develop over parts of the area for the remainder of the afternoon. Storms that develop this afternoon will be capable of producing wind gusts up to 35mph, also pea size hail is a possibility. Also watch out for brief heavy downpours and frequent cloud to ground lightning. All areas of Central Alabama have a 40-60% chance of showers and thunderstorms this afternoon.
