Isolated Stong to Severe Storms Over North Alabama This Eve… Wednesday Update 6:30 PM
February 22, 2012 Leave a comment
We’re watching a band of thunderstorms on radar this evening. Some storms are severe across the Tennessee Valley, but everything is below severe limits across our viewing area. There could be an isolated severe storm or two north of I 20/59 through midnight. After that time, the upper air disturbance will shift east of the area and instability will become much lower. The severe weather threat is low this evening, but keep alert through midnight incase a storm in your area grows out of hand. The threats include damaging winds and hail.
Much of the area will remain rain free tonight…
