2.9 Earthquake Near Jasper at 10am Today – Thursday Update 11am

The USGS has reported a 2.9 earthquake just west of Jasper in Walker County. While this was a minor earthquake, people could easily feel it in the city of Jasper and much of Walker County. There has been no damage reported by this minor earthquake. It happened at about 10am this morning. Let us know if you felt it. Leave a comment on our post.
