Tropical Storm Emily Formed This Afternoon… Monday Update at 5:50 PM
The National Hurricane Center has been flying through a tropical low over the past few hours. They have found a low level center and are declaring it to be Tropical Storm Emily. I’ll have the full report and track soon.
