NOAA released its U.S. Winter Outlook yesterday, the forecast and data was compiled by scientists at the Climate Prediction Center. For the southeast, the forecast calls for an increased chance of above normal temperatures in the central and western parts, along with below-normal precipitation. How can Noaa forcast the winter when the computer models change every day?
It does not seem like that would even be good to predict the winter when there is no way to do so .
If computer models are not even right more than 72 hours out how can be predict the whole winter ?
