Evening Discussion Update 9:10 PM

The model data is doing a very poor job with our temperatures tonight. I have adjusted our overnight low to compensate for a decrease in clouds and a calm wind. Tuscaloosa has already dropped to 55 degrees and the dewpoint is 54. It is feeling rather chilly out there and we could see temperatures as low as 51 degrees. Also, areas of fog will be developing tonight. Otherwise, our forecast seems to be on track. Rain is starting to surge northward towards southeast Alabama, out of the Gulf. As for West and Central Alabama, we could see a few showers by tomorrow morning and especially by tomorrow afternoon. Our best opportunity for a shower or thunderstorm will come in advance of a cold front tomorrow night. Be sure to join us at ten for more details!
